For a 140k home we were all in around 210k which is crazy when I can can get a new home on a lot for 170k in spring hill. He showed me some beautiful homes and answered all of my questions. Ms. Marilyn, our sales agent, has gone above and beyond in customer service. She was available to answer any and all questions from the moment we walked on the lot. She ran as middleman for us with each contractor and Live Oak Homes. This was very helpful, as some of them do not want me, as a Circle B, customer to call them, since they are contracted with Circle B. She was extremely friendly and profession at all times. Her customer service skills are what set her above any other companies we tried to deal with. Mr. David was extremely helpful in the last push for closing, he and Ms. Marilyn went the extra mile to ensure that we could close when we needed to without any issues.
